Robert Lindner specializes in traditional joint venture equity, sponsor/entity level investments, structured alternative debt financing vehicles and senior debt instruments for real estate owner, operators and developers. Mr. Lindner is able to raise and deploy acquisition, recapitalization and development capital across all real estate product types and on a national basis.
For nearly 20 years, Mr. Lindner has worked in a trusted advisory capacity for leading real estate companies, consulting firms and investment banks, including Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF), Cohen Financial and Savills Studley,
as well as within both the principal investments and structured finance disciplines at Buchanan Street Partners.
Mr. Lindner's previous experience also includes several years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City as a strategy and process improvement consultant for multiple Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Lindner received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
John Carrick's extensive experience as an attorney and investment banker, combined with specific knowledge of real estate and capital markets, affords him a powerful and macroscopic perspective. Whether the issue is law or business-related, concerns debt or equity finance, or implicates commercial or residential asset classes, John has functioned at the highest level in a variety of legal, real estate and/or finance-related capacities to execute transactions totaling more than $75 billion.
Mr. Carrick started his professional career as a structured finance attorney in the private sector and as counsel for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). He subsequently migrated to the investment banking practice at Nomura Asset Capital, where he focused on debt origination, securitization and asset management before transitioning to Anderson Global Corporate Finance, Savills Studley, Cohen Financial and Newmark Knight Grubb Frank (NGKF) in order to advise clients with respect to both equity and debt capital formation on a project, portfolio or entity basis.
Mr. Carrick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Bucknell University and a Juris Doctorate from The Columbus School of Law at Catholic University of America. After practicing law for five years, John continued his education at UC Berkeley where he earned a Masters of Business Administration at the Haas Graduate School of Business and was awarded the prestigious Marshall Bennett Real Estate Fellowship.
